Refurnishing properties is never-ending and this building work is very disruptive for the local community. With space at a premium in central London and greater London basements have become very popular, however require a huge amount of earth moved and taken away. Scaffolding structure is often needed which will also require a mesh netting or Monoflex for safety.
This mesh netting or Monoflex is very unattractive and can be in positioned for over a two years whilst the building work is carried out. This will no doubt upset the neighbours who can make the building contractor and owner’s life very difficult.

Whilst it does cost a little bit extra than a standard mesh netting this cost will certainly appease the neighbours and will have longer term benefits.
How we produce this is by making sure all the projecting scaffold pole are cut off so they do not pierce the face of the mesh banner. Top, side and bottom scaffold pole are the fixed about 300mm proud of the main scaffold structure which is what we fix the building wrap too. Measurements are then taken (as we can make the banner any size) and given to our creative team to come up with some innovative and fun designs to compliment the surrounding area.
Visuals are then produced for the client to see and once agreed we go into the print production. We will then carry out the installation which will take no longer than a day but this does depend on the complexity of the building wrap project.
