Key Areas of Expertise

Driving Business Growth Through Strategic Leadership, Operational Excellence, and Innovative Marketing Solutions

Justin founded Project Print Management LLP with the vision to transform how organisations approach large-format and specialty print solutions. What began as a modest venture has since become a market leader in trompe l’oeil building wraps, a specialised art form that creates three-dimensional illusions on flat surfaces.

His leadership at Project Print Management revolves around end-to-end project execution—from initial concept development and stakeholder coordination to supplier management, budgeting, and final delivery. Justin’s innate understanding of client needs, combined with a vast network of suppliers and creatives, has enabled him to offer unique, tailor-made solutions that consistently exceed expectations.

Some of the hallmark projects under his direction include:

BNP Paribas Lift Shaft Wraps

Tasked with a complex brief, Justin led the strategy and rapid execution of a protective screen installation over 7 and 4-storey glass lift shafts—all within just two days. The project involved creating a stunning trompe l’oeil visual in partnership with BNP’s in-house design team, reflecting not only creative prowess but also logistical excellence.

Everton Football Club – Stadium Wrap

For this high-profile project, Justin proposed and executed an innovative solution to wrap the stadium, despite challenging structural and environmental conditions. He worked closely with architects, designers, and engineers to ensure seamless integration and project success.

During his tenure as a Non-Executive Director and investor, Justin played a crucial advisory role in the company’s commercialisation strategy. Collaborating directly with the inventor and other board members, he contributed to business development strategies and sales channel identification. He was instrumental in initiating and brokering successful trials with multinational corporations like Nestlé—paving the way for potential long-term contracts and market penetration.

His ability to assess technical solutions and match them with practical market opportunities was vital in shaping the company’s innovation-to-market pathway.

Pyramid Visuals

As the founder of Pyramid Visuals, Justin turned a startup into a thriving print and visual branding enterprise. Under his leadership, the company specialised in the design, manufacture, and installation of high-impact point-of-sale materials, branding solutions, exhibition graphics, and outdoor media.

With a team of 39 employees, Justin drove revenue growth from the ground up. He developed and executed growth strategies that balanced creative excellence with operational efficiency. Notably, he played an active role in mentoring his sales and digital teams, instilling a customer-first philosophy that drove long-term client retention.

These vehicles were stylized to become unique characters within the commercial’s creative narrative. The project demonstrated Justin’s unique blend of creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work within high-pressure, high-visibility environments.

Greenpeace – World’s Largest Anamorphic Art Image

In collaboration with environmental groups Avaaz and Greenpeace, and celebrated street artist Kurt Wenner, Justin orchestrated the production of the world’s largest anamorphic artwork. The initiative broke two Guinness World Records and involved intricate coordination between artists, clients, and logistical teams across Europe and the United States. His leadership ensured all environmental and brand standards were upheld, making the project not only groundbreaking but also compliant with organizational values.

Business executed a major contract to supply point-of-sale and retail display solutions for over 70 Borders bookstores across the UK. This included conceptual design, cardboard engineering, production, and fulfilment—delivered with precision and brand consistency.
